I am experiencing fluttering in my chest. Last week I was having dental work done and was on Nitrious gas. During my procedure my blood pressure begin to rise. I also felt my heart racing. General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The fluttering is due to a change in the rhythm/rate of the heart beat.

It may be reaction to the medication used or physical or mental stress from the procedure.

If it continues then you may need to be seen to have an ECG done to assess the heart.

I hope this helps
