Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

Fluid filled or collected inside the testicle is called hydrocele. That is a common condition and it could be due to inflammation or infection or injury. Small hydrocele clears its own. If you still feel the pain, you should consult an urologist. Therefore, I suggest consulting a skin specialist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
