What Does Flank Pain Along With Haematuria Indicate?
56 yr old Caucasian male Haematuria, (R) flank pain CT IVP conducted 22/01/2018 Parapelvic Cyst (R) midpole Posteriorly causing partial obstruction of (R) upper pole collecting system, with mild dilatation of (R) upper calyces. No severe Hydronephrosis. Prominent (R) extrarenal pelvis, Pelviureteric junction maintained. Any advise? Am awaiting follow up appointment with my Urologist. thank you

There are many causes of hematuria which are painless and painful as well. Painful mainly due to construction, infection, painless towards prostatic enlargement, any tumour, etcetera.
I will suggest you to go for a usg-KUBP+PVR to rule out prostatic enlargement, bladder pathology.
