What Does Fibronodular Infiltrates On A X Ray Report Indicate?

Hi, my name is Sara and I have a 5 year old daughter who was taken to ER this past weekend. Doctors advised me that there were findings of FIBRONODULAR INFILTRATES and they said what looked like Granulomatous Disease in her X-Ray. She s taken her TB test which was negative. I just don t understand what that means or what is next for me to do. Can someone please help me understand what is happening?
