hello doctor my name is sana im 23 years old my last month period date was 5 April
my periods stars always early
but this tym I don't knw what happens with me
Before 3 days my periods started but not properly
bleeding with urain only dark maroon and black colour bleeding and blood clotting

this is hormonal imbalance. assessment of hormone level should be made and if required hormone should be substituted as regularization of period withdrawal bleeding cabe made according to expected date.it is oral contraceptive. it will regularize the period. nothing to worry.
