What Does Dizziness With Drowsiness And Headache Indicate?

I am feeling very dizzy and wanting to fall asleep. Have also got a cold. Had a headache this morning but took panadol and it went away. When I close my eyes it feels like I m on a rocking boat and I have light flashes type images. I usually get the same sensation if I close my eyes when suffering from migraines.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your head ache can be due to congestion in sinus or sinusitis. It is better to have an examination with otorhinolaryngologist to rule out that. Nasal decongestants and antibiotics may help you in such case. Power of your eyes should be checked by an ophthalmologist also. If there is any power difference then it should be corrected by using glasses or lens. Even after this you have head ache then you can start preventive therapy for migraine with medications like betablocker or anti depressants. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
