What Does Discoloration On The Left Foot Indicate?
Experiencing a problem where my left foot is a different color (more pink or red) than my right foot (white). I am 61 year old woman with MS. My Left Leg is my difficult MS leg with drop foot issue. There is minor pain on occasion that feels like I scrapped the top of my toes across cement (which I have not done). My PCM has had an ultra sound, a CT Scan and BP checks on the length of both legs from groin to toes to compare. All Tests show all normal. Today I read on a chat room of a British web site of their National MS Society where the people were talking about the same issue. Some of the responses were that they had the same problem or knew others who did. Their Neurological doctors reportedly said That s an MS Thing. My PCM is stumped ...over the phone My Neuro says it has nothing to do with MS. Any suggestions?

What Does Discoloration On The Left Foot Indicate?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Usually pallor limb may be due to vascular compromise or pink limb may be due to varicose veins or eczema or cellulitis or regional pain syndrome etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Lymphedema also may present like this. Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly. Take care.
