He can walk, understanding anything but the interaction is low. some times he block his ears in his hands at the time of watching Television. Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

A two-year-old child usually starts speaking bi-syllables, two-three word sentences and has a vocabulary of 50 words.

If your child is not speaking at all at the age of two, then probably there is a delay in the attainment of developmental milestones.

I suggest you consult your pediatrician for a developmental assessment of your child.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
