What Does Delayed Period After Taking Plan B Indicate?

HI, I had unprotected sex on September 19th, the first day of my last period was September 7th. I took plan b within 8 hours. A week later I had a light bleeding, bright red/brown mix then thick white discharge, now a week after that my breasts are very tender and they normally are before my next period (expected oct. 7th). I just don t know if the bleeding a week after the pill means plan b worked and this breast tenderness is just a pre-menstrual symptom for me a usual? It is too early to test for HPT. Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, over all if the pregnancy being suspected then I would say that it may not be conception but we can not trust on symptoms and test but accurate test would be ultrasonography and it need to be done to clear the doubt, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
