What Does Dark Spots In X-ray Of Chest And Pelvic Area Indicate?

X . ray on back showed a dark spot in my chest area by my breasts and two in the pelvic and hip area.the x-ray was done on the sciatic nerve because I have had pain in both legs but primarily my right hip in right knee is in constant pain. my question is what do the dark spots on the x-rays indicate?

As per my clinical experience, the dark spots in X-ray chest and pelvis indicates hyperintense areas as that of malignancy or metastasis in usual cases. However, if you can provide me all details of symptoms with copies of scan reports can assist me further way to guide you.
