Hi, I have a strange combinations I am hoping you can help me with;

1) I have poor circulation to my hands and feet, as they are always cold, red and sometimes under my big toe it is purple.

2) I have tingling/numbness in my hands, feet, shoulders, back and scalp.

3) I often time have these sensation almost like tingling/burning sensation on my back ( like two straight lines going from my hip up to my shoulder) Worst on my left. and worse when I bent over.

4) I have a bunch of swollen lymph nodes in various places: occipital gland swollen only one ear (hurts) ; cervical (both); Superclavicular on both sides, and submandibular (right only) as well as some on my back.

5) Especially when I wake up in the morning my face and neck can puffy

6) and just feeling tired and have an overall sense of not feeling good but with no fever.

Side notes; I had what I thought was a fungal infection months ago, but I couldn't get a straight answer, so I still have three scabs on my head that I tend to pick at, I have had two root canels done months ago and am still having pain in one of those teeth but no swealling of the gums.
