Hi I am married since 3 years before my marriage I have normal periods of 7 days but after one month of marriage my periods start to reduced first 3 days just blood spot then 2 days bloods flow like my normal periods and then again just blood spot plz tell me why this happend to me

I don't think this can be related to marriage or sexual intercourse, it can be just a coincidence. I think you should get evaluated doing an ultrasound to check for possible issues such myomas or thickness of endometrial lining. If everything comes out normal it can be a hormonal issue.
