What Does Cellulite Like Soft Lump On Calf With Bruised Veins Around It Suggest?

Hi-I have a lump on my right calf right below where the bend is. It looks like cellulite and its soft- there are some veins that are bruised around it. I haven t had any injuries. It was smaller a few months back. After my trip to Europe I got a bug but in that area and it s gotten larger.

Hi,Dear,Welcome to HCM. Based on the facts of your query,You seem to suffer from-Thrombosed Varicose Vein Lump on right calf below knee bend,caused by bug bite on your Europe Trip.
This is short Saphenous Venous Lump due to the Incompetent Vein just below the knee bend.You got Bug bite on your Europe Tour,which lead to thrombosed Vein Lump and hence thereafter increased in size with some veins bruised around it.
Color Doppler dual image USG Scan-would fix this diagnostic cause and would also assess the status of the DVT in long and short Saphenous Veins. of right leg.
