I have been running 3 to 5 miles per day I recently developed a burning sensation on the side of my left breast that only hurts when I bounce no lump is present and it does not hurt to press on it. Thanks for given info,According to your complains burning sensation in the left side of chest can be GERD( Gastroesophageal reflux disease).when you are running the stomach acid splashing up in to the esophagus cause burning sensation or tightness under the breast bone,
You need to perform Investigations
H.PYLORI
CBC
