Hi
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

Seems possible balanitis from bacterial infection.

Keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid, apply Zole F cream three times a day.

Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids.
Tablet ibuprofen ( 400 mg ) 3 times a day after meals.

Consult your PCP for prescription of antibiotic to heal it faster.

Thanks.
