What Does Burning Sensation In The Pelvis Indicate?

I had a complete hysterectomy through open surgery in Jun 2015. On and off I am developing severe burning sensation in my feet and severe burning sensation in pelvic part n passing blood in urine. Once my doc suggested to use glevo 500 mg for 5 days n citralika syrup in water. As and when I have this problem, i am taking this medicine, the problem is subsiding n again recurring. I am also using Vwash liquid while washing my pelvic part. I am very worried, can you please advise me what to do , to get completely cured if this problem. I will be really grateful to you for your help. Thanking you.

Hello,

Gleevo is having Levofloxacin. It is antibiotic used for UTI (urinary tract infection). Citralka syrup is alkanyzing agent. It is also used for UTI.
Your symptoms are also suggestive of UTI. So in my opinion, you should get done urinary culture and sensitivity report. Culture report will isolate the causative organism and sensitivity report will guide about effective antibiotic treatment. Finish 15 days course of effective sensitive antibiotic. You will mostly improve with all these. Do Betadine wash in private parts. Drink plenty of fluids orally.
