My chiropractor was stretching muscles in my shoulder and back. During this, I felt a sudden pain and burn in my shoulder that was so strong it took over my entire body for a few minutes. After several months of ultrasound and electric and last treatments it has not fully healed.

Each day starts okay. But, i have burning and pain under my shoulder blade by the afternoon. I'm sure that part of it is my posture and that i drive an hour to and an hour from work each day.

I try stretching the muscle and it helps, but only mildly.

What happened and what can I do to heal?
