General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As a physician, I would like to tell you that vaginal spotting and discharge is normal during first 3-4 months of pregnancy. I would also like to tell you that since your USG scans shows healthy babies and normal Placentas, I would suggest that you should not worry about it.

I would also suggest that you should visit your attending MD Obgy doctor if you continue to experience the symptoms for more than 2-3 weeks or if the frequency increases.

Hope this will help you. Feel free to ask any further question. Have a nice day.

Regards,
Dr. Abhijeet
