Hello there,
From your symptoms and the blood sugar value it is evident that you have diabetes. You definitely need treatment for the same, maybe for a few days with insulin, till this acute phase of high sugars comes down. Later you may be shifted to oral agents if things look controlled. If I were our treating diabetologist, before starting therapy I would need to get a few blood tests like HbA1c, Kidney function test, Lipid profile and liver and thyroid function if indicated by examination. So I would suggest meet a diabetologist who can examine you and guide you through treatment. Till then drink lots of water as dehydration should be avoided with such high sugars. Stop all sugars and sweets. Once sugars come down a little you can start some exercises if your heart condition allows, as this will also help to bring down sugars.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
