Hello,

Blood in urine has different causes like an injury to the urinary tract, stone formation, kidney diseases, and cancer. Blood in semen has a different problem with different etiology. Once again injury to the reproductive tract, seminal vesiculitis are few causes. Consult a urologist or a venereologist. With various investigations, the diagnosis can be established and treatment accordingly and get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
