It could be a mechanical trauma, vaginal infection, cervicitis, cervix and endometrial dysplasia and hormonal imbalance. I advise you to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, vaginal swab test, PAP smear, colposcopy and reproductive hormone analysis. For trauma water sitz bath with added betadine is helpful. For Vaginal infection: metronidazole plus lactobacillus suppository and proper pelvic hygiene by using V-vaginal plus wash.
