What Does Bleeding From A Small Hole On The Scrotum Indicate?

hello i am a 50 year old man. yesterday after showering i noticed blood on my upper leg.it was coming from a small hole in the skin on my scrotum.it bled slow but took some time to stop. i had no injury or pain.it seems ok now. this also happened about a year ago?

I have gone through your query with diligence. Scortal skin is very sensitive and rich in blood circulation. You might had an injury to scortal area unknowingly. You can use betadine ointment for local application and use gauze pads to cover scortum before putting underwear. If this bleeding repeats then better to get it examined by a general surgeon.
