What Does Backache On The Right Side Indicate?
I have been having injections for back pain which has been working, within the last couple of day I am having right side back pain and a egg sized lump in the back right above the hip that is making it hard for me to walk and my leg is aching terrible

This can be due to impinged nerve in the lumbar spine. Get MRI of the affected area done.
Take analgesics and rest. Also, use a lumbar belt.
