What Does Backache Along With Abdominal Pain Indicate?

I took 5 days of medicine meprate and the course got completed on 6th of February but till now I haven t received my periods after taking meprate medicine I started my exercises and now I have little pen on my backside and the abdomen and I am also in stress so should I take the meprate dosage again or should I wait for the periods to come please help me out
