MRI shows malignant neoplasm. Biopsy results not back in over a week. Severe pain in back, abdomen, muscle weakness. We re in NM and having difficulty finding help for pain prior to diagnosis. Prostate cancer clear. History of cured Hep C, smoking, alcohol use

welcome to hcm ..backpain in prostatic cancer may point towards cancer involving spine ..but diagnosis will be confirmed by MRI spine ..for pain you have take high grade painkiller as tramadol or lernoxicam ..please contact your emergency doctor he will prescribe whatever is available in your place ..
