What Does Anteverted Inhomogeneous Uterus In The Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi, I had a pelvic ultrasound done and the report says the anteverted inhomogenous uterus measured 7.1x5x4.9cm. What does this term mean. Also it states that 2 fibroids 1.6x1.5cm were seen attaching to the anterior wall of the uterine parenchyma. Could you please explain this in lay man terms please, thanks.

welcome to hcm ..please see that your uterus is tilted forward ..usually it causes no problem
secondly there are benign or not so dangerous tumours in walls of your uterus ..these cause a variety of symptoms as pain or irregular menstriation
there are various traetments available for fibroid as medical or surgical
