What Does An Overactive Bladder Indicate?

Hi Dear Doctor My name is Heidi, a female , I have PTSD & Severe depression , which I m dealing with that for 25 years, from stage low to stage high .... I always share my problems related with my physical and mental pain with different doctors those I have had therapy with them during these years, but always they related these symptoms with my mental health and psychological problems , cause to my hard refugee life ... but recently I faced with a new issue which I have never had it before, its about my bladder and after 2 years that I m suffering with this new issue , my doctor said there is no visually issue with my bladder after doing different tests and he said there is not any issues with bladder, but he diagnosed me with lots of overactive bladder and not controlling bladder that I cant keep my urine , and He referred me to Neurologist ,which also I helped him with the saying my symptoms to him. I told to Dr, Trackman does can be happen cause of MS? he said it could be and its the reason I want you see the neurologist . actually I ve seen neurologist 20 years ago about my back pain and they diagnosed that I have sciatica.. his advice was keep doing my workout and sport activity as usual, always I have pain but I do special workout to my back and mostly I tolerate it. my recent search in interest about finding any relation between over active bladder and back pain and neurology brought me to this conclusion that I have MS disease which I have not knew about it since my overactive bladder pushed me to do research about it. then I realized that all those symptoms that I was suffering from them were related to MS. such as chronic fatigue , thinking problems , weakness, lock of challenge in life , blurred vision and many of them , I am very talented and educated and former professional athlete which achieving many goals in my life without considering my mental disease ( last 14 years serious therapy ) and asthma ( happened last 10 years ) and CSR in my left eye retinal which doctors told that is related with stress in life , still I push myself to active life and sometimes I work between 40-90 hours and I describe myself as a person that lost many of my abilities but still want to work active and useful in different way, and use different ability than my previous professional carrier , cant use my brain well so I find a job that I try to deal with my sickness, and the days I don t feel good stay at home . dear doctor my question from you is: 1- Do I consider myself as a person that has MS ? which I didn t know about it ! I tried to diagnose it due to my symptoms . even that symptoms never goes away with my mental health medication !! effects my daily for many years . 2-my second question Can I count disses as a result of MS attack ? CSR in my eye - Tension headache , overactive bladder which I cant keep my urine , depression , even Asthma which it happen for me in the most stressful time of my life ! 3- would it be happen in the result of stress and anxiety ? which I had a stressful life before . I am looking forward to hear from you and appreciate for your time in advance . sincerely
