What Does An Itchy Rash On The Arm Indiate?

I was working on my bushes outside yesterday and I seemed OK. But I woke up this morning with a dot or tiny hole in my arm. I took a shower and scrub my arm with a scrub brush and I must ve aggravated it. Because it is swollen like the size of a 50 Cent peace and you can see the whole better now. It s extremely itchy. I don t know If something stung me or something on a bush. I ve used a triple anabiotic on it and I m still real itchy. What should I do?

Hello,

Very likely you have been stung by something. To help with it you can apply a local cream with steroids like beclomethasone cream twice a day. Try to keep the area clean and dry and try to resist scratching it. Cold compresses there might help as well with the itchiness.
If you notice it is getting bigger and is more red and swollen please see your doctor.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
