What Does An Indentation In The Septum Indicate?

I have been doing coke and have a dent in my septum left nostril but it s not a hole if I stop now will it heal I also have a very slight slant or dip in the top front of my left nostril will the cartilage heal there and go back to normal.. if I can treat this at home what should I use

It could be a perforation. Prolonged snorting can cause septal perforation. Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
