What Does An Increase In Bowel Movements Along With Flatulence Indicate?

Over the past few weeks I have had a significant increase in number of bowel movements, almost diarrhea like, as well as gas. In the past I have rarely had excess gas or diarrhea so this ongoing issue throughout the day is getting annoying. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your query to health care magic,
I have read your query and it is most common on all people, most common cause of gas and increased bowel movements are due to inflammation of bowel wall due to viral or bacterial infection.. I suggest you to take lactic acid bacilli capsules two times a day that will help restoring bowel habits. avoid carbonated drinks and tea/coffee. Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
