What Does An Expanding Lump On Suprasternal Notch Indicate?

Hello, my three yr old daughter has a lump on her suprasternal notch. It has been there over a year and appears to be slowly growing. The first time I had it checked out the pa said swollen lymph nodes due to her being sick. Six months later I took her back the same pa then said it was nothing to worry about. Few months later I took her to see a md he said it was just a small Pea size cycst probably born with it. He said it was soft and movable not to worry unless it grows and becomes painful. I believe its growing I think its atleast the size of hominy and this time she said it hurts when I touch it. What can be done to find out once and for all what it is and what kind of dr should I take her too

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello!
The best test to find out what it is , would be to excise it and send it for biopsy!
however i still feel, that you should not be concerned as from your history it sounds like a benign swelling!
You can meet a pediatric surgeon if you are still concerned and can get back to me after his advice. thanks
