What Does Active Intrauterine Fetus In Test Report Suggest?

hi,i had an obstetric scan done yesterday, i am currently 38 weeks 3 days pregnant as per my LMP. the following is my report. please give me firther explanation.-Single live and active intrauterine fetus is shown in cephalic presentation.-there is regular fetal cardiac activity at 135bpm<- the placenta us anterior and not low lying and at grade 3.- there is fetal hydrocele noted-estimated fetal weight is 3204g+/- 468g.- amniotic fluid is adequate for gestation.biophysical profile is 8/8. umbilical artery RI = 0.67 MCA = 0.80

All the findings in your report are negative / normal except presence of hydrocele.

Doppler evaluation of the MCA (middle cerebral artery) Umbilical artery appears normal.

BPP - Biophysical profile 8/8 means normal findings.

Presence of hydrocele means - fluid collection in the tunica vaginalis / scrotal sac, can be treated afar delivery.
