What Does Abdominal Pain On The Right Side Indicate?

Hello, the start of my menstrual cycle was strange. In such a way that it started off as brown for a day, then pink the next. By the third day it was bright red with no clots and continued to the fourth day. The fifth and sixth days were back to pink. I am currently on my fifteenth day in my cycle and am experiencing weird pain/discomfort/pressure on the right side of my lower abdomen, vaginal walls and in my bottom. The week preceding, I had random boughts of nausea but did not need to vomit. I have also had weird twinges in my breasts. Is it possible that I am pregnant based on what is happening?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice

* As per my clinical experience, the symptoms narrated sound to be from hormone imbalance rather than pregnancy.

* In our clinic, I recommend to evaluate the case with clinical examination and ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis for further management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query.
