Hi doc, I had a white patch small finger tip at my palm and elbow total two. i meet a doc in my hometown he suggested me defalazacort 6mg and hepatoprotective med(systaliv) for 30 days dose with metaxolane lotion (melenta) to apply on spots. i felt after using tab for 4 days dose it started increasing new spots initial few bigning spots near my elbow so got scared n thinking to stop medicine and yesterday 20/03/2015 meet new doc in delhi dr ramakrishnan he suggested me to have Dicaris 150 mg , Now im confused and without medicine i was better just a fingertip white spot near my middle finger on palm nailfaced that spot came with total time to develop this spot from pin point spot to now fingertip size spot is 9 months. Why medicine not helpful invertiligo or why doc dont have solutions. why some doc gives immunosuppresant medicine (deflazacort 6mg (DL Z med) and some immonomoddulator (Dicaris 150 mg) though Dicaris i have not yet taken a single dose only 10 tab of deflazacort took n now stopped even, plz suggest?
