What Does A White Crust Around The Foreskin Indicate?
Good evening. I have white crusting all around the foreskin of my penis. It peels off and is very tender underneath. It does not just wash off. But it can be picked off. It is NOT a STD or dried semen. It is very thick and harsh texture. I also have what appears the same thing on my right butt cheek. Can you help me?

It could be a smegma, STD is unlikely.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
