What Does A White Bump Near The Circumcision Scar On Penis Indicate?
Hi. I noticed the other day I had a white small bump on the bottom side of my or is about where my circumsicion scar is. I tried to pop it but nothing came out. A couple days later, it was big and red. It s all under the skin. It s painful when I touch it. Could it be an ingrown hair?
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. The white lump near the circumcision scar could be an 'abscess' or 'sebaceous cyst' which could have got infected, due to the fact that it has become big, red and painful. Kindly do the following: 1. Take Tablet. Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days after food. 2. Clean the area with mild antiseptic cream like Savlon twice daily. 3. Apply Neomycin cream twice daily. In case the bump is not regressing and becoming bigger with pus point formation, you need to get it drained surgically under antibiotic cover. Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for appropriate management. Hope the information provided is clear. All the best.
