What Does A Spot Film Left Upper Lung/lordotic View Mean?

I had my chest xray last july. My xray was good. Then I had my xray again last week for an overseas job. But I am very nervous because I have received the message from the diagnostic center yesterday , they re requiring me to have a spot film left upper lung/lordotic view. Can someone pls give me a brief explanation of what does it mean. Thanks
