What Does A Small Bump On The Upper Lip Indicate?

Hello I started smoking weed and ciggies mixed back in December last year, I stopped in February but I realised is that I have small bump. I have a small bump on top of my upper lip inside. The tissue inside seemed to damaged and a circular like bump has been there since February until now (April). I am worried because it has not disappeared after all this time. I just wanted to know if it could be precancerous or cancerous bump.
