What Does A Right Renal Cyst With Mild Caliectasis In MRI Scan Indicate?
I had a mri done it found a right renal cyst with mild caliectasis. I only have that right kidney since birth. I m on topamax for migraines and I know you can get kidney stones from it. Is this something I can put off for a while and see if it goes away? Or should I call the kidney doctor

Most kidney cysts are not problematic. In your case, because you have some dilation of the calyces and also because this is the only kidney you have, great care is needed and consulting the nephrologist (the kidney doctor) is the best and safest course.
The nephrologist may need to do some extra tests and then decide the best treatment for you.
