What Does A Red Rash On Neck Line Indicate?

have patch s of red rash on front of my neck line, it comes and goes. It itches and burns also. I been to my doctor, was put on a steroid, didn t do anything. Rash will go away with Benadryl gel or a wipe I found at work in the first aid box for insect sting, with Lidocaine, which gives me relief. I am 45, could it be related to menapose? It started on November 2nd, 2014...........on my daughters birthday.

As per the history you are suffering from allergic contact dermatitis. In its initial stages it can be transient. Try to rule out if it is associated with any artificial jewellery or clothing. Apply hydrocortisone cream twice a day and take T. Cetrizine once a day. It will give relief from symptoms in 5-7 days. If the condition persist than consult your dermatologist.
