What Does A Red Rash And Purple Spots On The Penis Indicate?
Hi I have a red rash under my foreskin. Also, on the head of my penis there a few purple spots. There is no pain or discharge. I had a one night stand about ten days ago, although we used a condom for oral and vaginal sex. Do you know what this might be? Thanks

The symptoms could be due to a delayed allergy reaction from using the condom and the purple spots could represent bruising and heamatoma formation below the skin of the penis.
However, since they developed after intercourse I would recommend that you visit your local doctor so that he can examine and test you for a possible STD infection.
