What Does A Raised, Small Dry Patch On Back Of Thigh With Tiny Scab Suggest?

I discovered a small round dry patch, about 2mm in diameter, the size of a pimple, on the back of my thigh, there was a tiny scab that i must ve scratched away when i detected it, but it left a tiny pin prick of a hole, it doesn t itch it is however slightly raised, should i be worried? i haven t had any unusual symptoms with it.

Could just be normal follicle irritation common in that region. Let it heal at its normal pace, do not worry about it.
