What Does A Painful Bruise On The Shin Indicate?
I have a large bruise on my shin. it hurts when i press on it but not terribly (feels like a bruise but i don t remember banging it on anything). the back of my calf has some tightness. is this a stress fracture? shin splints? it isn t that painful when i walk. more of a dull ache
