What Does A Paiful Lump On Buttocks Indicate?
Sir. I am from Pakistan . actually I was in hurry .I was sliped on the tiles .and my ass strikes with earth .so with passage of time I fell no pain .so after 4 months the appearance of small ball like hard material was filled in ass .where the striking is performed ...so I censured with a doctor that he advice me for operation so my father forced me for operation .it was my unwillingness .so after operation I fell completely relief .so after 5 month .the other side of my ass .same thing is formed like small ball like tumor .in that I fell a pain for some time but alot so I take a diclofanic.then relief.so please advice for medicine that combust my that small ball like structures .plzzz my study is very disturb due to this ....plz

1.The history and symptoms suggest that there was an infective collection / abscess on one side of the the buttocks / gluteal muscles.
2.Which i guess operated / incision and drainage followed by a course of antibiotic course and treated.
3.Similar lesion is seen on the apposite side - which does needs an incision and drainage and followed by medication.
4.The possibilities of being follicle infection with collection.
5.An ultrasound will help to evaluate the nature of the lesion, its source and extensions.
