What Does A Nose Bleed After Smoking Methamphetamine Indicate?

Smoked meth yesterday, got a small chuck in my mouth, just a sliver, afterwords I felt really tired and remember talking to myself and thinking I was talking to my friend I was alone. Today I woke up after 10 hours with a nose bleed. Do I need to see a doctor. Or will I be ok.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You need to see a doctor. You had a nose bleed due to Methamphetamine consumption yesterday. We need to assess the extent of damage caused to the nose and the nasal wall. Also, we need to check if there are any active bleeding points in your nose now. Hence, I would suggest you to see a doctor at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shanthi E., General & Family Physician
