What Does A Mass In The Anus Indicate?

Can a man check himself if he has an enlarge prostate or it has to be done by a Doctor. and If I push my finger in my rectum and feel something at the edge of my anus, is it anything to worry about, is it a sign of cancer? and lastly does frequently going to the bathroom to urinate although I drink a lot of water both day and even at nights necessarily is a sign of cancer?.

Hi,

Mass in the anus can be a tumor which can be malignant or non-malignant.

Would advise you to do MRI of the brain.

Also, if any lesion found in MRI then surgery may be needed.
