Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

The lump you are feeling under your armpit could be a re-activation of the previous infection from the insect bite you've accrued.

The course of antibiotics you have just finished for kidney infection might have not helped to reduce the infection of the lump under your armpit (not susceptible to this infection). You might need another course of another antibiotic together with anti-inflammatory meds.

The pins and needles in your hands and feet could be due to electrolyte imbalance (since you're having kidney infection). I advise to get them checked.

Another explanation could be due to bad positioning when asleep.
Keep well hydrated and try to find a good posture when sleeping.

Another possible cause could be due to pressure of the lump on the nearby nerves; however this depends on the size of the lump.
If no improvement, further consultation with neurologist is recommended.

Wish fast recovery.
