I m not sure if this is connect with it but last month my period was really odd, after about a day it completely stopped, then I started spotting the following day on and off until my period ended. thanks in advance! Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per the narration of the lump and associated symptoms of menstrual disturbances, it seems to be ovarian cyst most likely.

However, a confirmation with clinical examination as well as ultrasound of the pelvis is mandatory to proceed for the treatment.

I would like to admire your further doubts anytime.

Take care.
