What Does A Lump On The Bridge Of The Nose Indicate?
i have this lump on the bridge of my nose and originally thought it was a spot but nothing came out as i squeezed it this was 4 days ago and now it feels like there is a hard ball under the skin and is giving me bad headaches and i have no idea what it is it also made the rest of my face swell but now that has gone down the area around the lump is very sore to ouch also

This looks like you have got a carbuncle. This is an infection of the hair follicle and may not necessarily have pus in it.
This needs oral antibiotics like doxycycline or Septra. I would suggest you should vesit your doctor to see you and prescribe you antibiotics as sometimes it may be dangerous without treatment.
