Hi,

I understand your concern.

The presence of a lump in the breast that you've noticed about 5 years and told not to worry could be fibroadenoma if movable and if you have no other symptom. These are noncancerous rubbery lumps within the breast.

Although you are scared, it is better to get checked first and run various diagnostic tests:
- breast ultrasound
- physical examination by your physician.

All the best.
